I booked a fitbit sense watch. I want to return the product as the watch is under the category of return but flipkart is refusing to do so. Moreso, when i asked the customer care to give me the grievance officer details, she didn’t give me. When i asked her to transfer the call to her floor manager so that i can speak to him/her, she refused and hung up saying you seem to have a lot of time in hand and you are simply wasting my time. I was aghast with the response. She refused to even give me her name.
