I have ordered one Eco tara jute bag from Amazon but due to low quality of the product I have put up a return request. But the Amazon company didn’t tell me about the return policy and are now asking me to self ship it . Due to COVID 19 it’s not possible for me to self ship the product. I have repeatedly requested the customer service to arrange for a pick up but they have refused it. They should have informed about the return policy in the product description but they didn’t do that.
