Text of Complaint by Khaja:

I have requested for return within 3 days of delivery according to policy if returned within 7 days will eligible for full refund but after 22 days they cancelled the request and asked to request again now they claim that I am not eligible for refund as I have requested after 7 days and till now they haven’t picked up the device for second request
