Unfortunately, I have bought a Samsung Tab (Order# 403-2220532-0920307 ) from Amazon India on 5th Jun and it was dead on arrival and was trying to return since then ? Even after a long 16 days follow-up with Amazon India customer service, the item is still in my house waiting for someone to pickup. They keep booking pick-up/collection for the next business day and getting cancelled the day of the pick-up . Ever since then there have been 12 re-bookings with them and all are being no shows ! and my money stuck with Amazon India ! Other shocking one is each time when they cancel the pick up , they mention that “ customer refused to return back the TAB “
This is truly disappointing/Pathetic support from Amazon India!!! They Keep giving false promises for last 16 days !!! There is NO escalation in Amazon and every day they keep creating new pickup …. Even Multiple team sending email right from Amazon Social media, Amazon executive customer service and so on and fooling us stating expressing their apology and no solution .. No one share their contact number. Even If we respond to their email , the same response keep getting stating apology and will get resolved in next 5 business day !!!!
It is really shocking and frustrating experience from that the Amazon,one of the biggest retailer in india ?
Does anyone experience these kind of issues from Amazon ? Please let me know any solution to this ?
So my sincere request , Not to buy any electronic items from Amazon and the seller Appario Retail Pvt Ltd…..
