I placed an order (Order no. 832529261290 placed on Sep 19, 2022) for Kurthis. The item received was far below the expectation and hence I tried to return as per return policy. But multiple times my return request was cancelled. I tried contacting the customer service multiple times with no avail. Every time I will be assured of return pick up and return of money but the item never gets picked up. I was really disappointed that this issue remains unresolved in spite of several attempts with customer service.
Customer service only promises to pick up the product and refund the money at the earliest priority
The order was placed on Sep 19, 2022 and is more than a month I am chasing the customer compiaint.
