I ordered a Sheesham cabinet with drawers and cabinet doors below. The only damage that was mentioned was the dent on the side. It has a 10 days return policy. On the first day of it’s delivery – 22nd Oct, I informed that the drawer doesn’t go inside and the door doesn’t close. They raised an installation request to which someone came on 28th. He fixed the drawer and said would need magnets to ensure door is closed properly. The drawer movement is still very hard and magnet option was not acceptable to me. I raised the return request the same day. It has been 3 days and no one has bothered to respond to my query. I have been emailing them daily. They do not have a customer care or an escalation number where I can contact them. Please get this sorted for me.
