What shit us going to flipkart.

I bought iqoo9 mobile and it was delivered on Sunday. But performance is not satisfactory, Battery is easily drained out and the mobile is heating while charging. So for these reasons I just want to return to my mobile. I am trying to reach flipkart CC and the service is really very very poor. After connecting, he said that due to some technical issues we can’t raise a ticket to return. Please call us after 24hrs. Literally customer services are testing customer patience.
I keep on trying, but these eople are keeping me on hold and disconnecting the call.

While I was drafting mail I got a call from CC and kept on hold and the call got disconnected. What the hell do you people think about customers? Meanwhile my mobile return period also will expire, Then who will be responsible for my loss. I am saying that I want to return my mobile and these guys are not even taking it seriously.

My biggest mistake is that I trusted the service from flipkart and bought the mobile. It’s not even a single penny, We have the right to ask you to return. We are paying and not satisfied with the product and requested to return and so called fraud flipkart people are playing games.

I won’t refer anyone to purchase any product from Flipkart site. And will explain all the persons how flipkart is cheating there customers.
