I purchased an Apple magic keyboard on 7th July. I informed the store that I may return if not required. The store asker if I can return the next day to which I agreed however as I was out of station I visited the store 6 days later on 13th July 2022. The store refused to return the product stating they have a policy of 3 days only. We approached the contact centre and they said we can visit the store for store credit. We went again on 19th July 2022. They gave us in writing that the store credit will be emailed next day. However next day they refused.
As per the consumer court policy, we are allowed to return the product within 15 days. Kindly assist.
