I ordered icy mist pedestal fan on April month. However received ceiling fan instead. Since I returned the item and waited for actual products. Amazon did not responded when I contacted they said they did not received pedestal fan. When I explained that i actually received ceiling fan they are not accepting and finding fault that i misplaced. Back to back emails sent however Amazon te continues ignoring my request. I have a pic of item opening which I only have as a supporting proof. I requested proof from Amazon if they have sent pedestal fan which they ignored. This is very disappointing from Amazon and their behavior towards customer is not at all acceptable. I used coupons to buy this item now I have lost both item and coupon.
