My order no 3960 dated 28.08.2020 and method of payment was ‘ cash on delivery’. After receiving the parcel on 05.09.2020 it is found that on the label ( outside the parcel) the product details is shown as per my order. But on opening the parcel I found completely different product in it. So, I want to return the parcel an want to get back my money Rs 699/-.
