We recently moved to our place from Rented place with the help of Sairam Movers & Packers ,Chennai. Mobile : 9952991657. They are not returning our deposit money,not answering calls either.

I had booked asus Zenfone 2 (silver 32gb) on 27.01.2017 with order no OD30821936708435600 on 29.01.2017 I received the mobile which was completely dead contacted flipkart call centre arranged for technical visit on 30.0 1.2017 he saw and asked for replacement and on 2.2.2017 I received a new mobile which was also a dead one again contacted flipkart call centre arranged for technical visit on 4.2.2017 a technician came saw the phone and said it completely dead piece go for replacement
Two times flipkart has send me dead phone .as now the rate of the mobile has been increased. But I am not interested in refund I want replacement of the mobile. i am not at all satisfacted by the customer care executive reply. I would prefer only mobile not refund
