My Booking ID : FF20123111626993 and PNR No. W1HFKC
The PNR is related to Airasia Sringar to Chennai (02.03.2021) The Airlines was cancelled the Flight both ways and agree to pay Full Refund. The Onward Journey Flight Charges Rs. 8251.00 was Cedited. But the return journey refund amount is still pending. The Airlines agree to Pay for Rs. 9002.00 of Onward and Rs. 9260.00 for Return Journey. Daily the Travel agency is calling and asking so much of Questions even i submitted all the related documents. Please arrange for my Refund.
