I have ordered V guard water purifier while ordering by mistake I have ordered wrong product .once the delivered immediately I have requested for return that agreed and scheduled return pick for 19th August, but no one approached .after few days with lot difficulty I have reached Amazon and raised concerns about my return request they have informed currently slots are not available however will scheduled the return pick up on 28th August,since from the morning I have waited for delivery person, however no one reached, again tried to customer care, one lady said your Item will pickup before 31st August, even if it is not picked also your amount will be refunded to you, finally today I got one call from Amazon delivery, unfortunately I have missed the call, nor get dint try neither he has not reached our Location However after seeing the missed call, I called to them and asked pick the Item,he replied that he will collect at evening, I’m not sure whether he will pick up or not.
