Text of Complaint by Gurpreet Singh:

I am Gurpreet Singh, a prime customer of Amazon India. I have ordered a product from amazon that delivered on 1st Nov, 2021. 

Order No-406-9626786-7161930 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800x). 

There was some issue with the product so I scheduled a return on 6th Nov, 2021, as the return period closes on 8th Nov, 2021. 

Pickup for the same was scheduled on 9th Nov, 2021. One of the delivery boy came on 8th Nov. and told me that he has to deliver some products in this area, so he picks up my product so he doesn’t have to come on 9th Nov, to save time. But he doesn’t give any slip in return for a proof that the product is picked up. 

On the same day after 1-2hours, I didn’t see any updates over amazon app, so I called customer care for updates. they told me that “your product status is not updated, I am raising a query to the warehouse, so that they can update the status”. But instead they made a mistake and rescheduled the pickup for 12th Nov.

Again after this, I have called customer care for this mistake and they told me that “its by mistake done, you don’t worry, we have already raise query to warehouse once updated it will show refund”. They also told that “it will take 3 days for query to resolve from warehouse”. After that they will refund.

Now its 12th Nov. and still I am contacting customer care for this issue and they again told the same thing, “I am again issuing a query to warehouse it will take 5 business day to resolve”. 

After so many calls to customer care. Now at this time i am in a situation that I don’t have product and money.

At least, if amazon cannot refund my money, Please refund my product.
