I had ordered Samsung A22 4g but I got Samsung A22 5g. The order was placed through Flipkart on mar 24 with order Id
OD224497595128118000.
Package was delivered on 26 mar. On opening the package, i noticed that the product was different.
The product is unopened and the seal is intact. I raised a replacement/refund request on 26 mar. But Flipkart rejected my request mentioning that seller is not agreeing to refund the amount. When I contacted the seller, they confirmed to give refund.
After 5+ attempts the refund request was approved.
The product was supposed to be picked up by ekart on 15th Apr but they cancelled the pickup without any reason.
I again connected to customer care and another pickup request was created which was again cancelled by ekart.
When I asked them the reason why the pickup is not happening, they mentioned that “pickup check list is missing” and asked me to connect with customer care. I updated customer care about this, another pickup request was created on Apr 19th without checklist. Ekart cancelled the pickup.
It’s been 3 weeks without a resolution.
