@_Kalyan_K we received order item on Jun 13 &size was not suitable hence requested for return the item at the same day ,the delivery boy came to my home & pickup successful but return was cancelled by mistake,we have raised the concern on same day when the return item was picked due to loop holes in your platform there is no proof of showing the item was returned by us but made mistake by delivery boy but you provide OTP validation for delivery why should not implement same for return item why because the next day another delivery boy came & suggested to return request but we told the item already returned if we request again there is no return item available it might cause issue but he was convenience us then we request for return,there are around 8 people’s came for pickup up return item but we told same story the return already given its mistake of one delivery boy.
I usually use flipkart for home needs &dresses .I lost the trust due to this type of issues.do we have any proofs we return item given by customer successful to avoid these type of issue
If the delivery boy wrongly or wanted to mention cancel or telling lies not pick up return item
We raise the concern multiple items but get any solution.
Could you please investigate the issue &help us
