Text of Complaint by Shiksha Sharma:

I purchased headphones ( Company name-GadgetX) a black headphone they gave me a white one so I asked for replacement they replaced it this time with a defective black one , which was torned, scratched and even the charger Was missing so I raised the complain, when the pickup agent came he denied the pickup stating I cannot take the product as it is torned, main thing is flipkart doesn’t provide multiple reasons option, so I choosed missing item and wrote about the scratches and torned in comments. After that, I contacted with Flipkart customer executive they asked me to elaborate the problem and said don’t worry mam your problem will be solved it will processed with 1-2 days this continued till I lost my patience and now I want to file the complaint.
