I have received broken washing machine on 10th November and requested to replace the same but customer care denied for same. They created return requests but till now no one had come to take pickup. I have called more than 10 times to customer care but no they are not giving proper response. My money is debited and now they are not refunding. I want to purchase new machine but they are not able to solve.
