I have an issue regarding this order
OD429414821122872100
I cancelled on 23 October. I received the order on 23 oct too but as it was wrong size so i made a request for the return
The package was supposed to be picked up on 26 oct.
I didn’t receive any calls for the pickup
For three days i got this message
Pickup Rescheduled: KOTTY Regular Women Blue Jeans with tracking ID FMPR0500186952 could not be picked up today. We will try again tomorrow. To schedule pickup on a different date, please visit Orders section on your app. Click to give feedback: http://fkrt.it/sNLfChuuuN Ekart
Then my return was cancelled and i had to make a new return request.
Now the same thing is happening again
No one is contacting me for the pickup
And i am getting the same message

If again pickup gets cancelled the return window will close.
I have complained about this issue again and again but no action is being taken
This is exhausting.
