We order O General AC and the only reason was because my parents are old and I didn’t wanted them to go buy and find a guy for installation. But they never send a guy for installation, whole summer passed I complained for 4 months. After getting sick of it I asked them to return the order. They said someone will pick up the ac from the house, we waited 2 months for it and reminded them almost every week. Almost whole summer passed and they completely refuse to return the money or send someone to pick the ac. They straight forward refuse to return the money and when i asked them but you are not even sending someone to pick up the ac, this guy just said on my face we can’t do anything about it. Now our money is stuck and I’m pretty sure they dont want to take it back because it doesnt even work. I read the reviews later and they have such bad reviews but they still have that product on their website. I want my money back and I don’t know what to do.
