Hi, i ordered an bluetooth earphone, which was nit working fine, so i placed it for replacement or return within 3 days of recieving the product. My request got accepted but no pickup happened for almost 1 week. When i checked the status it is showing that return of the product has been cancelled. When i spoke to customer service, he tried to make fool out of me, but at the end he asked some questions and initiated the refund process, because replacement was not available, again the status started showing that pickup will happen in a week after that refund will initiate. But again the deadline for pickup got passes. No pickup happened. And again the status is showing that return has been declined because the date for return is out of policy.
When i am trying to speak to customer service, 6 times we spoke but no solution has been given. Moat of the time they disconnected the calls in between our conversation. This is such shameful behavior from flipkart. I never expected this. Kindly pickup your product & give my refund.
