I ordered shoes (Grey,Pink, size 7) and received fully Grey.When I returned, return shows approved and then cancelled.
Further more-
If i select exchange while return my product and size is not in list.there are 3 shoes which are different and size 7 is not available.
If i select Refund they are giving only 60rs as 500 rs discounts was given at time of booking.
If i select Exchange,they accept it and then Cancel it.
We haven’t even tried it and it is as is in the box
All the issues are at Flipkart end and no one supporting.Not received customer care call when requested.2 times it said CS will call in next 11 minutes but it never happened.
I either need the same product that I ordered, or total Refund as it is not my fault that Flipkart or the Seller is not able to fulfill the demands.
