I have ordered the product on 9th april and it get delivered by 12th april. Order ID – 119436242.
The product is defective. It makes very loud noise. I have requested return on 13th april 7:54 PM and the person called me and the phone is picked up by my son and he told that the product is making loud noise and the person told my son the the return requested cannot get returned. And he ended the call.
Please help me getting this problem solved.
