Hello Consumer Court,
This is Monu Mittal from Rajasthan. I ordered a product through paytm before lockdown and product has delivered but the selected product was not good So I have cancelled this product then they accepted it. But they did not send any courier Boy. So I raised a query through Paytm on 21 March. {Query No. 141766357 }and they said that due to Pandemic Corona Virus they will not pickup this product Then I agreed this reason. And after two days they cancelled my return. So again I raised complaint. So they said that they will pickup product after this situation. And suddenly 7th June Again cancelled this product and this time they mailed me. and I did not see this mail. Again I raised a query 167699264 . Finally they are not accepting my product.
