I ordered bata slipon shoes from Flipkart company on 1st June, which received on 3rd June. I applied for refund because of not being comfortable to wear and wrong number of shoes, but due to going out for necessary work, the refund could not be done in time. The delivery boy who came from e-kart on 18th June return the shoes, after full satisfaction.
On 20th June, a message was received from the Flipkart that your refund has been rejected, while the shoe has been returned by me to the company.
Now on 1st June flipkart claimed due on me as per bill to pay for the shoes. I complained in customer care on 1st June that I have returned the product.
I get confirmation from customer care that solution of your problem will be done by July 6, then again on July 7, I complained again to the customer care, and got answered that it will be done by July 12. On 8th July I got reply that the pick up is not done.
and on June 12, about 150 rupees were added to the late fee.
