Sir/madam,
I Manavendra Boral mobile no 7587152720 want to state that-
On 11.12.2019 I received a packed parcel of 3 nos casual shirts from Trendshort. For which I paid ₹ 1099/- to the delivery boy{ mobile no +919708023000 }
But when I opened the packet I found 3 combo causal shirts in very very bad quality.
I therefore called to delivery boy to return the items . He inform that to e-mail to contactcustomerservice4@gmail.com for return the items.Then I mail to the same email address to return the items which is in very bad quality and refund my paid amount of ₹1099/-.
I got confirmation from the same email id that my problem will solve within 7 -10 days.
But till date no action has been taken from Trendshort .
So I request you to kindly take necessary action to return the unused very bad quality 3 nos Combo Casual Shirts and refund my amount paid ₹1099/-.Please take necessary strict action against Trendshort so that other customers can’t face this type of fraud .
