We have got delivered some ten parcels on 23rd and 24th october. We were not happy with quality or size fit issues of items received either of clothing or sports shoes. All the items delivered are covered under 30days return policy. We have placed return request on 24th october and all return requests were accepted and approved for refund and Sms confirming the return pick up to be done by 25th october. However to our surprise all the parcels are still not been return picked even after 15 days have passed and several reminders sent by mail and over phone to customer service and escalation and grievance team. Further to our surprise our account too is made in accessible. Therefore, we need to take this up before 30 days retrun period gets expired.
kindly take up this matter seriously and get resolved immediately.
