Dear Sir, I had purchased orthopedic memory foam mattresses 03nos. From wakefit merchant online website of wakefit, as commitments from company of 100days trial I have Complaint about mattresses producing a lot of heats while sleeping but company representative tells us to use it up 100days. We have used it but it’s not comfortable to my old aged parent’s. So, I have raised finally return request to company on dated 06.03.2023 but till today return pickup is not initiated or completed from wakefit Co. Also requested to give replacement of matreses from orthopedic memory foam to dual comfort matress but company cleared that this is not possible. Till today they have called only about return pick up but their logistic partner is not interested to return picked up. He cleared that he is not getting money to pick up heavy parcel from customers house and arguing to bring matreses to their Courier office. Same logistics person not delivering matreses to my home he asked me to come at their office for collecting matreses and said to pay delivery charges if you want to receive the same. Wakefit merchant only raised tickets about return pickup but failed to give service in my area. It’s my humble request to arrange return pickup and refund the amount to my account on priority to help me for fresh order it will take some day’s and we will face problems due to unavailability of matreses at my home. Please look in to and do the needful at earliest.
