Dear Sir.
I had purchased a samsung Galaxy M33 smart phone from fllipkart.
a. Order id- OD12626873078383078389000
b. Order dt-15 Oct 22
c. Delevered dt – 18 Oct 22
d. Return&Refund filed due defect in speaker & microphone – 20 Oct 22
e. Technical team from Flipkart visited on 27 Oct 22. The team confirmed faulty product.
f. Till dt Flipkart is not ready for return pick up and interested in refund .
I have contacted to flipkart exexecutives almost approx 50 times However , there is no response from flipkart.
I want file a case in the consumer court for forgery and playing with the customers patience and emotions.
