Hi,

I had ordered Gionee A1 Lite (3GB 32GB) on 24-07-2022 by paying 5741/-
With order no OD225550561728711000 on flipkart.com.
The product was received on 30-07-2022.
The product was put to use and observed that the phone is getting heated abnormally, screen scrolling is at slow pace and screen glitching.
With these issues i have placed return and refund on the same day (i.e) 30-07-2022 which was approved on 01-08-2022.
A technician has come on 03-08-2022 and tested the phone and found the issues mentioned above true.
Received message on 04-08-2022 that the return is approved
On 05th,6th,7th,10th,15th we received messages that the Ekart will pick up the product.
I received the message on 16-08-2022 that the return and refund is cancelled.
When i called customer care the same day (i.e) 16-08-2022 the customer support mentioned it as technical error and received the message in the evening that the return and refund is approved and the pick up will take place.
On 18-08-2022 another technician has come and checked the phone.
I have told the above mentioned issues to which he said these budget phones are like these only.
I have told him to write down the report in writing so that we will also know what he is reporting to you but he refused.
He has sent a wrong information report to you that the customer is satisfied which I came to know from customer support later.
From 17-08-22 to 20-08-22 messages were received that the product will be picked up but did not happen.
On 20-08-22 received a message that the return and refund is cancelled.

When we called up the customer care we are not getting proper answers.
called on 20-08-22 night one support executive mentioned the procedures to do in the phone which were all done but the same issue.
called again after some time and the second support executive tells that after 2 technician visits i have to contact gionee customer care.
And the support executive said after 2 technician visits the return cannot be taken back and they mention the return policy of 7 days.

As a customer i have raised the return on the same day we received.How do you justify?
After the return and refund was approved on 16-08-22 , how come another technician arrives and gives wrong report?
Why does a customer compromise on the quality of the product?

Because you could not pick up the product in time
You want to raise reasons and issues on customer .

In the whole above scenario who delayed?

I have submitted for return and refund on the day i received the product 30-07-2022 which is well with in 7 days.

Is this way flipkart provides service and support ?

My request is to take the phone back and refund my amount.
