I ordered a smartphone from Amazon, they didn’t delivered at my address they was saying they don’t delivered in village so go and pick up my order from distributor office, but product was not good so I replace it and again they refuse to come at my address, so I go and replace item at there office, but again product had black spot on display so I request to return it but they are not willing to pick product and not willing to give refund
