I purchased one jacket Rs. from amazon on 07/08/2022. My order number was 171-2626695-6659524. On receiving, I found it too short and Non satisfactory item than I placed return request.
Amazon said to self return the item because seller does not give return pick up facility.
My grievance is that I have purchased item from Amazon and we do not know any third seller. Amazon itself should pick up their item and refund our money. But Amazon says that neither they will pick their item nor they will refund my money.
I am common working man who is living away from family on rent and very busy in working schedule. Hence I dont have much time to for Indian post or courier for packaging and sending back their item. Amazon itself should pick up their item and refund my money.
