Dear Sir ,

On 7th Aug 23 I buy one Iphone 5S from Amazon application at the time they are sell this phone as a new phone in application, but I receive a old used mobile and I am try to switch on a phone but it is not switching on. so I want to return this product, simnationusly I do return process in application, but no one is cam to collect the product. After fer days I call to customer care executive and she arranged a return pickup on 16th Aug -2023 and I am waiting for pickup persons, he came to me to collect the product but he don’t take the product and I ask him please take this product I already done the return procedure in app ..he says mobile inspection is not complete but the thig is mobile inspection is already completed.so I am going to return this product from amazion hud .here also Amazon staff doing same thig they are not collected the product and they are said please send this product to the seller by road by using local courier service and ask seller to refund the amount .. again I call to customer care and they are arranging re pickup on 19th Aug-23 and iam waiting whole day form morning 9:30 to night 10:30 but no one is cam to pick the product..again I call to customer care executive they are said you parcel to picked on 21st Aug-23 and they are said you should wait your product is definitely returned..but still it is not returned and since last 13 days Iam facing the same issue .
