I have ordered two products in different time. I got notification as they sent together. First id is 52822544013 and second product id is 188799200006. The tracking id they provided was 9312403245. They delivered me only one product which was different in colour. So I exchange that product. Then they sent me a completely wrong product. A used teary salwar. What I ordered was two sarees. Exchange product id was 3014817262. When I opt for return and refund option they said the image I shared was not of an actual product and cancelled my return request. I paid 1428 for two sarees. Please help me. I want refund.
