I ordered temperature tracker smart watch on 6th August through amazon. Seller delivered fake product. On calling customer care the customer care service person told due to some technical issue they cant place order for return and refund. And they marked it for replacement. Again same product delivered by the seller on 20th August. Immediately on same day called the customer care service person for return and refund. Again same reply received from the customer care service. more than 12 times called the customer care service, we received the same answer that they have initiated the return and refund. They sent mail also regarding technical and transportation issue. Everytime they give the date, telling that pickup person will come to receive the product, but not coming for pick up of product.
It is my humble request to look into the matter and help me to get full refund immediately.
