Text of Complaint by Ashapurna Padhi:

I had ordered a lehenga from Kalista Ethics. That was damaged and entirely different from what was shown in catalogue. When I asked for the refund they stopped responding and when I called them few times they blocked my contact as well. This is such a fraudster and disgusting website that cheat people and take money. It’s a matter of 3000 Rs. That is not a small amount.
