Sir,
I had ordered a TWININGS Green gunpowder tea, loose tea ten (Imported) , 100g . ₹680 on 23rd March, 2023.and I received ” WRIGLEY’S EXTRA LONG LASTING FLAVOR SUGAR FREE GUM” wrong item on
30th March… I complain customer care and giving silly excuses to wait .. Today 9th April… Please pickup this wrong product and refund my money .. please pickup ?
Please look into the matter, I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch but it should happen. They need to learn their mistake and pay for it.
