I have ordered Hammer pulse ace smart watch on 10/11/22 which I received on 16/11/22.
This watch has flickering issues from the beginning for few milliseconds which occurs randomly. I have raised return request on 19/11/22 but it was rejected on the basis that they were not able to contact me despite multiple try though I didn’t receive any call from your side. On 20/11/22 I called your customer care executive and they told me that they have forwarded my complaint and product will be returned within 48 hours but I didn’t got any response. Then, I again called your customer care service on 22/11/22 where they told me to wait for 24 hrs more. I have even wrote mails to your customer care team but didn’t got any reply.
This continued till 29/11/22 when I was forced to make a complaint with consumer forum. After I made the complaint, I received a call from your side and they told me that my case is put on priority basis and return will be placed soon. Few days later when I didn’t got any response from your side I again made a call on your customer care service where they told me that they can’t help me as return period is over.
I want to return this watch and get my refund or else I will have to file a complaint in consumer court and charge you with forgery and mental harassment.
