i booked pillows and they were wrong size ,so same day i booked return ,but they didnt pickup return even though return was accepted and pickup time given , dd t again same week again same thing happened .Now flipkart customer care has changed into robotic automated replky , calling them also puts you on same automated reply and they have no option for me ,and they click wthout addressing the issue . so customercare 24×7 is of NO USE . my refund id is 12302578817627644805 and 12202574845201763176 . it s harassment and a diisgusting behaviour .
