I think it’s bs that I have to answer 100 questions to get back in my account but what crazy is the rep seen I was a prime member but now I can’t answer all his questions so I’m shit out of luck and he wants me to create a whole new profile. NO I’m not doing all that. Amazon need yo rethink there account retrieval process because not that they care but that’s how you loose money
