I paid property taxes of AUMC, but the upon payment, i received message saying that receipt cannot be printed, please contact the seller.

SMS and credit card bill had the name as “RETAIL DOMESTIC PT” to whom the payment was done.

I contacted AUMC (aurangabad municipal corporation) to get the receipt. they checked at their end and mentioned that they did not receive such a payement.

after that, I contacted ICICI back how is the card issuer. they too have mentioned that the payment has been made to the merchant and asked me to contact the merchant.

Please help me get thiss amount back. 9684
