Dear Sir/mam
I m sandesh Agrawal in Jajpur odish.mai HDB finance se 3lack ka personal loan apply Kiya tha.then in ke repsantive ne mujhe ret of interest 12persent bola tha..but aj by post bank se letter Aya tho us Mai ret of interest 21peresnt likha hai.
Repsantive call bhi received nhi Kar rha hai….
