If you have set your Airtel mobile number as contact point in your bank records, then it may not be possible to receive transaction OTP since the number is restricted. In such a case, you may approach your bank for change of contact number and initiate the payment. Some banks may allow setting a secure password which can be applied for banking transactions.

Dear Mr Jobin,

As per above matter and below mail , we were provided a special discount of Rs 681.15 as a goodwill gesture by Airtel through the collection team headed by Mr Deepak # 9818597082 , and we paid Rs 1800.00 , but due to some Technical reasons we are still awaiting the restoration of 9810009405 & 9212216901.

Kindly get the needful done at the earliest possible.
