Today, on April 6th, at 4:30 PM, I agreed to work for a company called resumetofill.com. When I got a confirmation email, i.e. they provide documents that looks legit, I checked on Google if it’s a genuine company or not. I came across many fraud complaints being put on this website, so I called resumetofill.com back and enquired about the fraud. He goes by the name Pratham and his contact number is 9898950188. I told him, “I just read fraudulent reviews about this company, so I don’t want to work for you, and since I joined only 30 minutes back, I don’t think that’s going to be a problem.” To which he replied that he will legally take action against me. And had the audacity to hang up the phone even when I was so calm and professional on the call.
I know now that they are fraud but I’m worried about the Adhar document I sent them. How can I take this matter forward, please advise?
I have recorded our last phone call as proof after I came to know that they are fraud. I also have all the documents that they’ve provided me.
