last week i enrolled myself in the resume to fill job portal.A female named zoya khan contacted about my studies and she said to sign contract stating my work.The agreement was if i didnt complete the work within given alloted time i would have to pay 5000+ gst fee.So when i logged in after the enrollment the portal signed out.I contacted her again saying that i couldnt log in.she told me to try again now.But i did not log in and saw the company had many complaints filed against them.

I once again texted her that i dont want work in the company and said i would like to resign and withdraw myself .This happened on the same day of my joining.

For the text which i sent there was no reply from her on that day.I tried calling her she didnt respond.so i let the week pass by, yesterday i got call from her that i need to pay money for not completing the work.

I argued with her that i tried to reach her on the same day of joining for resigning and you didnt pickup or respond to me .

For that she kept on repeating read the agreement…read the agreement.

I told her i have read the agreement fully so i wont pay you the money. Dont extort money like this .

She replied you will ne hearing from our legal dept today.So i got the mail from the resumetofill legal department saying an invoice to pay 5000rupee.

I didnt talk to them or reply them .

I realised i have made a mistake and the company is not legit.

I have attached the notice from them.

I have also given my address to them in the beginning.Now they told they would send court hearing letter from their lawfirm.

I know this is a lie.So people be careful about these kind of fraudsters.Thank you
