hi,
My name is amutha, I got a call from The resume search surat gujarath company. I was in financial burden and also i spent my savings in covid, so I accepted the same. They have not given any detailsa about the agreement and service charge, they force me and just tell to press next and next after that they tell out your name on screen any they captured my sign from aadhar. Then i search on google and found they doing scam and fraud. then called back to them and i have enquired for this scam and break the agreement which is done by themselves. but they speak rurally and shouting and threatening. then one day i got the message from Advocate Rathor after that he Was speaking very fast and refused to listen the query they said that they will be sending a legal notice. The Wages act 1936 of the laBour law suggest that if any company is keeping any condition for not submission of the work this is said to be illegal. Now what i supposed to do. anyone get legal notice. kindly goverment should take action.
