Respected Sir,
I search a job in this pandemic and I found work from home job Adversitement on Facebook on which they told complete the Work within 7 days but I didn’t finish the work on time . Now they said you give me 5000 rupees penalty. If I have money than why I search for the job. As I don’t have money they said I take a charges and actions through court. As I Belong to Scheduled Caste The Company do a discrimination with me.

Sir now they asking to 5900 after that 28k otherwise they will proceed in court now wat can I do feeling scared.

Same case happen with my wife need help in this..she took assessment for 7 days per day 90accuracy work for 2 days only ..whn again we call to confirm deatils on there customer care they were no response proper..given wrong commitement they if you complete that 5k will not debit..whn call to other they saying that 1time 5 k will febit as this is portal chatges..then some where i feel found that is fraud…whn we ask if we not complete this work on time wil we get extened time for that they will charge 1200 per day…and portal charges for 5900 including GST ..that i will i ask my wife to stop work dont process ahead do not respond..now it is 1 week time…i have got one sms…today……………………………………………..FREELANCER WE ARE INITIATING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT THE RESUME SERVICE ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72,73,74, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT.
