I got an phone call on 17 December form resume filling company established in surat. Resume filling with 90% accuracy. I am unemployed in lockdown so i need job. One agreement they made .they took my driving licence copy via WhatsApp as an identity proof , my signature and confirmation . I receive a call after two days and l tell her to i can’t able to fill Resume she ask you will do. I told him i will try . On 28 i received a call for a lawyer ,a message for deposit 6490 rupees of penalty. I am so much depressed. After 2 days they again send message. On 2 jan i received a call from lawyer and he ask me our company is going to legal process against you after this you will pay 28000 .i am very frightened and i pay 6490 via phone pay. Kindly solve my case and get my 6490 from company
