Dear Madam/ Sir,
Resume Filling a company established in Surat district of Gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 600 forms in a week for which i would get 18000 rs, and they did not tell me about any terms & conditions and when checked the work and i call to the same person that i can not do this work than he told me about terms and forced me to do and asking for money …and after 7 days i received a call from their so called legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 7670rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i received a message stating, “m/s. Tanu Mehtrotra your legal case id ul/92841e is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at Resume Filling are going with legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract call for more details +91 [8866783377]” and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says”as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice.” i got an email regarding the same with threats of ruining my cibil and what not and the Person no. is +91 7802881620 who is calling me talking to me very rudly .. This company is mentally torturing not just me but many. And again today 10-10-20 I received message

Manoj ji yhi same company ne mujhe bhi approach kiya or mujhe paiso ki kafi jarurat thi so i said yes lekin ab mjhe pta lg gya ye fraud h kya ye company sach me case kr degi? Ya sirf jhuth h ye sab? Please aap kuch help kr skte h to btaye

Hai guys I too have faced the same porblem I was very nervous about that. Suddenly I have seen ur reviews and I gaind my confidence.
When they called me,they said that u will receive a notiece with in 24 hours from court. Then I too harshly quarrelled with them and i said “do what ever u want to do” Then they haven’t reply me yet. Let us see what will they do

Hi guys, even I got registered under this resume search and started working..after seeing all your complaints I feel they never paid to any one..today is mine 2nd day resume filling..I am getting scared now whether they will pay o not..Can I contact them directly and check about complaints in their company..??kindly suggest.

What happened about them? As I’m facing the same thing now though I completed all the work in time but they’re saying 72 are incorrect. And asking me to pay 6490rs. Please help what to do? What did you do?

Did you get any letter from court what did they do next did the warning stop?
Same happened with me too. Government should take legal action for this resume filing jobs. No one can’t file a case on any individual if the work is not completed. They are fraud
same…. after registering i thought to chk about company and saw these reviews. and told them i will not work and today i received same message as legal notice n all…has anyone actually met these guys? and went to court?
Same guys happened with me… Same msg nd same mail I received only difference is court is in indore ??which is fake of course. They will not pay you but asks for charges.
