I am a user of digi purse mobile wallet , registered mobile no. 7277343428 . Presently I am unable to login then I uninstall the app and again install , after installation I had entered registered above mob no. then OTP verification done and after OTP verification I have entered transaction pin as per request , when I enter transaction pin after OTP verification, error shows”restricted card (error code 11)” from 24 sep 2017. I totally fed up for this since 2 weeks . Alsi find attached herewith snapshot error occurs during log in
I wrote mail to “Digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com” in this regard but till date no reply received . Then I contacted to customer care helpline no. They also resolved the problem, They only suggested to write mail with all details to above mail id that already done by me.
Please resolve the problem and suggest what should I do ,.Your kind reply at the earliest is highly expected

Dear Sir,
I added 5000 rupees from SBI Credit Card to Digi Purse on 26-Dec-2017 using 9959824825 mobile. But still there no use from Digi Purse to resolve the problem.
I want meet media and consumer court as early as possible if issue not resolved.
